1. Program overview
The Heavenly Paint Referrer Program allows approved individuals to earn commissions by promoting Heavenly Paint products using a unique referral tracking link. Commissions are earned only on successful, completed, and fully paid orders.
2. Enrollment and account security
- Approval: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Heavenly Paint Limited reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate information, including your legal name, active WhatsApp number, and correct Nigerian bank account details.
3. Earning commissions
- Valid sales: A commission is generated only when a customer clicks your link and completes a fully paid purchase.
- Cancellations & refunds: Cancelled or refunded orders will result in voided commissions.
- Self-referrals: You may not use your own link to purchase paint for yourself.
4. Withdrawals and payments
You may request a payout through your Dashboard. Payments are processed to the bank details provided. Heavenly Paint Limited is not responsible for delayed payouts due to incorrect banking information.
5. Prohibited conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages containing your link.
- Misrepresentation: Claiming to be an employee or official representative of the company.
- Deceptive marketing: Making false claims about our prices or creating fake discounts.
6. Account termination and forfeiture of earnings
Heavenly Paint Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any Referrer account at any time for violating these rules.
CRITICAL WARNING: If your account is permanently deleted due to fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct, you will immediately and permanently forfeit any and all pending, unpaid, or future commissions in your account.
